These General Conditions of Sale (named "T&Cs" hereinafter) define the terms and conditions for the use of the services offered by PARKING FUTE to its travelers.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all service bookings made by the customer, a natural person, professional or consumer, who is of age and has the capacity to contract with PARKING FUTE via the Website or by telephone.
Any Reservation made by the customer implies its full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. No special conditions - customer's terms of purchase, stipulation printed on his Booking or correspondence - may, unless formal, prior written acceptance of PARKING FUTE, prevail over these Terms.
PARKING FUTE reserves the right to modify partially or completely the content of the GTC. In case of modification of the GTC, the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of booking.
Any changes will only be valid after the express and written approval of PARKING FUTE.
These Terms are available at any time on our website www.parking-fute.com or at the request of the customer.
In the event that one of the clauses of the GTC proves useless, null or irrelevant, the other clauses of the GTC will remain unchanged and will continue to apply as if the useless, null and irrelevant clauses were no longer included in them. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the GTC by PARKING FUTE does not constitute a waiver of the other clauses of the GSC that continue to have effect.
In case of non-compliance with these Terms by the customer, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to refuse to perform the service and to cancel the reservation as soon as it becomes aware of the facts - even upon arrival of the customer at the Parking - without refunding the deposit paid when booking on internet and without giving rise to damages of any kind whatsoever.
2 Service definition
The service offered by PARKING FUTE includes the rental of one or more parking spaces and the provision of a free shuttle service under the conditions specified below.
PARKING FUTE offers this service of parking and guarding of motor vehicles in an outdoor park enclosed by a wall of two (2) meters and secured by a gate controlled by PARKING FUTE and a CCTV system active 24h / 24h and 7/7 with registration and storage of images.
The parking hours and shuttle rotations are from Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm unless the Parking is closed.
Shuttles rotate regularly with a maximum of 8 guests on board and 2 pieces of luggage per person. In the event of the number of places reached limit, the priority of the transfer in shuttle will be according to the time of take-off or landing of the customers.
PARKING FUTE service providing parking, guarding and various transfers by minibus (9 seats) is only accessible by prior reservation (via the website www.parking-fute.com or via phone).
PARKING FUTE reserves the right to refuse any person appearing in the car park without having previously reserved.
For any reservation made twelve (12) hours before the arrival time on the car park, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to refuse or apply a supplement of two (2) euros per booking.
Parking futé reserves the right to refuse any reservation request without justification and this refusal can not give rise to damages of any nature whatsoever.
The customer is informed that oversized vehicles (length greater than 5 meters and / or width greater than 2 meters, van, camper, 2 wheels, vehicles with trailer ...) are not accepted. If the customer arrives at the car park with such a vehicle, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to apply an increase of ten (10) euros per vehicle or to refuse to provide the service in case of erroneous booking.
The reservation made by the customer will be considered as firm and final only when the following steps have been cumulatively and successively respected and receipt by mail of the confirmation note (or confirmation by phone depending on the chosen booking method).
Warning : A reservation is valid per vehicle. If you want to park several vehicles, please make a reservation by vehicle.
The number of passengers per vehicle can not exceed 4 people (the driver included).
Anyone wishing to use the PARKING FUTE service must make a reservation via the website www.parking-fute.com or via phone.
To make a reservation via internet, the customer must fill in the fields that are proposed to him; the reservation can not be validated if the required fields are not filled in and if the information provided is incorrect. Once the information has been completed and validated and the payment made, the customer will receive, on the e-mail address that he / she has communicated, a PARKING FUTE email confirming the consideration of the booking request, the day and the schedule. go to the Parking and the mailing address of the Parking.
customer's email address and mobile number are considered valid and any message sent by PARKING FUTE to this email address or phone number will be deemed to have been received by customer.
The telephone number provided when booking must be the one on which you will be reachable during the stay - Do not forget to use Whatsapp if you are abroad to avoid paying additional telephone charges.
Use of the Website that violates the GTC may result in PARKING FUTE's refusal, at any time, of access to the proposed Service, even if PARKING FUTE has confirmed the Booking, without prejudice to any proceedings against PARKING FUTE before the competent courts.
4.2 Choice of dates and times of booking and appointment booking with PARKING FUTE
The customer will indicate in the heading "Book your parking space", the date and time of the start of parking and the landing of the flight chosen and proposed according to the days and hours of operation.
For the beginning of the parking, the schedule to be informed is that of the arrival of the customer at PARKING FUTE, ie from 6am.
The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that it is recommended that he provide :
- According to the usual indications of the airlines and / or travel agencies, arriving at the terminals two (2) hours before the boarding start time
- The commute time of the shuttle from the car park to the terminal which is of the order of ten (10) minutes
- The time required to remove the vehicle and load the luggage
For the removal of the vehicle by the customer at the address of PARKING FUTE - 16 Chemin des Bruyères 38280 JANNEYRIAS - an appointment is fixed between the customer and PARKING FUTE then confirmed when sending the confirmation of the reservation. The customer can not modify the appointment without the prior agreement of PARKING FUTE. The customer is obliged to respect the schedules and assumes all the consequences of a delay to the agreed appointment. The customer is obliged to inform PARKING FUTE by telephone in case of arrival in advance or late.
For the end of the parking, the time to be informed is that of the landing / arrival at the Airport / TGV station Saint Exupéry, before 20h.
If the customer does not know the times of departure and return of the trip when booking, the customer is required to call PARKING FUTE directly to validate the availability and confirm or not the reservation..
Any schedule entered during the reservation must be scrupulously respected and take into account the opening hours and days. No reservation will be accepted outside the opening hours and days without the prior agreement of PARKING FUTE and PARKING FUTE reserves the right not to perform the guard and shuttle service if the information provided is incorrect. If the customer consciously indicates an incorrect arrival or return schedule, he may be subject to an additional fee of ten (10) euros.
PARKING FUTE regularly follows the information of the return flight and will provide the service in case of delay of the plane. Any day started is due.
4.3 Entering of information
All information indicated as " obligatory " via the website must be completed and correct to validate the reservation.
All " complementary " information must be complete and correct to allow optimal organization and service delivery by PARKING FUTE.
The Client must mention in special requests if he travels with childcare equipment and if he needs a car seat or booster seat during shuttle transfers.
The customer is responsible for the information provided and any error that may result in a malfunction can not be held against PARKING FUTE and may not give rise to damages of any nature whatsoever.
4.4 Reservation confirmation
Once the firm order has been received by PARKING FUTE, the customer proceeds to the payment of his order under the conditions defined in the article " Fees and method of payment " below; the reservation will then be definitively confirmed to the customer, by e-mail (PARKING FUTE sends an order confirmation with the summary of the reserved days and dates, times and place of the appointment) or orally if the reservation is made by phone.
Any request to modify the reservation after confirmation of the reservation by PARKING FUTE is subject to the express, express and written agreement of PARKING FUTE.
4.5 Cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of any reservation :
Twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival time at the Parking, PARKING FUTE reimburses the customer within a maximum of thirty (30) days following the date on which this cancellation was exercised. The customer is reimbursed by a credit to his bank account (secure transaction), or by check, at the discretion of PARKING FUTE.
Cancellations beyond this time will not be refunded.
5 PARKING FUTE Regulations
The Parking is on the ground of the private and personal home of PARKING FUTE. This home is forbidden to the customers of the Parking except exception, so thank you to respect the intimacy of the inhabitants.
Any exceptional requests for access to the conveniences of the house must be formulated with PARKING FUTE which will authorize or not the exceptional access to the customers. All necessary amenities are available at Saint Exupéry Airport.
The customer must respect the presence of the inhabitants, the other Clients on the Parking and the neighborhood while driving in step and avoiding all noise nuisance (alarm of the vehicle to be deactivated during the guard, horn to use in case of emergency or danger, noisy and rude behavior to avoid)
PARKING FUTE does not accept oversized vehicles.
5.1 Schedules for the deposit and the return of the vehicle
The Parking is open from 6am to 8pm from Monday to Friday and ensures the rotation of shuttles in this interval.
The customer must enter the appointment schedule at the time of booking, taking into account the loading time of the luggage and the shuttle transfer. Usually, PARKING FUTE advises to show up at the Car Park two (2) hours before take-off time, the check-in of luggage not starting before two (2) hours of take-off time according to the airlines.
If the customer is accompanied by children under seven (7) years old, the appointment schedule will be two and a half (2.5 hours) before the departure time so that PARKING FUTE can install the childcare equipment.
The customer arrives at the Parking at the time of the appointment given at the time of booking. If the customer's flight is changed the day before, the customer must also notify the day before by indicating the new appointment schedule. If the customer does not warn in time, PARKING FUTE will apply an increase of five (5) euros. The customer will assume the malfunction in the organization and will take the shuttle depending on availability.
PARKING FUTE declines any responsibility in the event of delay or waiting of the customer. The customer is bound to respect the schedule of the meeting at the Parking which has been given to him and assumes all the consequences of a delay.
PARKING FUTE reserves the right to cancel (or increase by five (5) euros) the booking if the customer does not appear more than two (2) hours late from the time of appointment initially informed at the time of booking and without having informed PARKING FUTE.
PARKING FUTE reserves the right to refuse (or increase by five (5) euros) the access to the car park if the customer arrives after the closing time without having informed PARKING FUTE and to have the confirmation of the maintenance of the reservation . No compensation can be claimed by the customer.
If the flight is delayed and the customer lands outside these hours, PARKING FUTE will provide the service.
However, if the flight was well planned outside the opening hours, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to apply a flat-rate increase of ten (10) euros per vehicle.
Any day started is due.
5.2 Schedules for phone bookings
All live bookings by phone must be from 8h to 12h and from 14h to 17h. Outside these hours, the customer must leave a message on the answering machine or send an SMS with the essential information for the booking (dates, times, destination of the trip, number of vehicle and mobile number). PARKING FUTE will respond as soon as possible.
5.3 Terms of deposit and recovery of the vehicle
Before arriving at the Parking, the customer must send a text message 10 (ten) minutes before and notify PARKING FUTE in case of delay or advance on the confirmed schedule of the appointment at the Parking..
Arriving in front of the automated gate of the Parking - 16 Chemin des Bruyères 38280 JANNEYRIAS - The customer must not press on the interphone of the Parking outside the booking hours, namely from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 18h. Outside these hours, PARKING FUTE will open the portal as soon as he has the customer on the phone to indicate his presence and arrival on the Parking.

The customer must not park in front of the front doors and garage doors of the house. Once the vehicle is parked, the customer waits for the shuttle to join him to load his luggage.
The customer must stay close to his vehicle while the shuttle joins him. The shuttle may rotate at Saint Exupéry Airport, but PARKING FUTE makes every effort to respect the confirmed schedule of the meeting. In case of emergency, the customer can physically contact the home and if no one can answer, the customer must call PARKING FUTE. In case of missed flight for late arrival at the Parking, no compensation can be claimed by the customer.
During the entire duration of the caretaking of the vehicle, the customer retains his keys to prove that his vehicle will not move from the location where the customer has parked it on arrival at the Parking. If the customer expressly asks PARKING FUTE to give him his keys, PARKING FUTE can ask him for a tariff increase of five (5) euros.
We specify that no state of the vehicle will be made by PARKING FUTE, the verification of the condition of the vehicle is up to the customer. At the customer's request, PARKING FUTE will take pictures of the vehicle to check the condition of the vehicle upon arrival at the Parking.
The shuttle will deposit the customer at the drop-off or a few meters from the entrance of the departure terminal.
PARKING FUTE will give priority to take the Shuttle to the customer who will respect the appointment schedule given at the time of booking and according to the time of departure of the customer.
Upon the return of the customer on the PARKING, the customer must call PARKING FUTE once his baggage has been recovered and customs control passed.
The shuttle finds the customer at the drop-off or a few meters from the exit of his landing terminal as soon as possible.
PARKING FUTE provides the benefit in the event of delay of the plane to the return and any started day will be due (beyond midnight).
However, if the customer calls for PARKING FUTE to pick him up at the minute check-out because he is ready to return to the Parking to pick up his vehicle and PARKING FUTE waits more than ten (10) minutes from the corresponding terminal because the customer was not out of the terminal, PARKING FUTE will be able to pass on the cost of the additional minutes imposed by the Saint-Exupéry airport terminal car park.
The customer will check that the state of his vehicle is in conformity with the state when it is filed. PARKING FUTE undertakes to take care of any damage caused to the bodywork of the customer's vehicle provided that the video is sufficiently exploitable and that the customer's complaint is made when the vehicle is still on the Parking. The damage must be noted by PARKING FUTE and a statement parties must be drafted between the two parties legally.
If it turns out that the claims on the vehicle were not present on arrival at the car park, the sum of fifty (50) euros will be refunded and repairs will be taken care of.
In the event of a defective battery or deflated tire, PARKING FUTE will be able to help you out with your personal equipment and may ask you for compensation of ten (10) euros. If the battery of the vehicle does not restart following this intervention or if the tire persists to remain flat, it will fall to the customer to bring a convenience store and this at his expense and no complaint can be made to PARKING FUTE.
Any exit from the customer's parking with his vehicle implies his acceptance of the condition of the vehicle and his renunciation of any possible recourse against PARKING FUTE for any reason whatsoever.
5.4 When guarding
PARKING FUTE will not move the customer's vehicle unless the vehicle parks on an awkward parking lot. In this case, the client will have to give his keys to PARKING FUTE in case of compulsory travel.
As a general rule, the customer keeps his vehicle keys and others for the duration of the service. If the customer expressly asks PARKING FUTE to give him his keys, PARKING FUTE can ask him for a tariff increase of five (5) euros.
PARKING FUTE declines any responsibility in case of disasters related to events of civil or foreign war or due to atmospheric conditions such as storm, hail, fire, water damage and all other damage related to exceptional natural causes or not.
PARKING FUTE declines any responsibility in the event of any breakdown of the vehicle (puncture which can result from a slow puncture anterior to the assumption of the vehicle, in case of crack of the windshield which can result from variations of temperatures, breakdown battery in case of unloading during the parking period etc...)
PARKING FUTE declines all responsibility for luggage and personal effects that would remain in the vehicle left in security and / or during transfers (return). 5.5 During shuttle transfers
Shuttle transfers between the Parking and the Airport / TGV station Saint Exupéry are free and unlimited.

If the customer does not reserve this equipment, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to apply an increase of five (5) euros per vehicle.
The journey time between PARKING FUTE is the Airport / Saint-Exupéry TGV Station is about ten (10) minutes. Duration that can vary from a few minutes depending on the state of traffic on the journey. PARKING FUTE disclaims any liability for traffic conditions during the transfer.
PARKING FUTE makes every effort to optimize the organization of transfers and informs that priority is given according to the schedule of the meeting at the car park, the schedule of departure of the customer and transfers to the departure terminal. client. The consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and any prohibited products is forbidden in the parking area and in the shuttles during transfers without authorization from PARKING FUTE.
5.6 Rates and method of payment
The flat rates are calculated automatically according to the booking dates on the website www.parking-fute.com.
The prices, information or notes on the website are those in effect at the time the reservation is confirmed. Prices are given in euros all taxes included.
The duration of guarding and shuttle transfers is calculated per twenty-four (24) hour period. Any day started is due even in case of modification of the schedule of the flight of the customer (delay of the flight, advance of the schedule ...)
PARKING FUTE reserves the right to change prices at any time & nbsp; the rates applicable during the reservation will be respected.
When booking online, the customer must pay twenty (20%) percent of the total amount by credit card with a secure system, then the balance on return, when the customer picks up his vehicle at the end of the service, by check or species.
If PARKING FUTE has added an increase according to the cases specified in the GTC, it will be added and payable with the balance of the benefit on return by check or cash.
When booking via internet, in case of refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment, the reservation is canceled.
The invoice corresponding to the reservation will be dated the date of payment and will be sent to the customer electronically which will validate the reservation definitively.
Any bank charges, whatever they are and not foreseen, put at the charge of PARKING FUTE as a result of the payment, are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer can not pay the balance when picking up his vehicle, PARKING FUTE reserves the right to request, as a pledge, the vehicle's registration document (or any other piece of identification). PARKING FUTE Insurance Company : GENERALI ASSURANCES
The vehicle entrusted and taken care of by PARKING FUTE is insured during its parking by the insurance company except in the case of car-jacking (theft of personal effects inside the vehicle) and in case of event-related accidents civil war or foreign war or due to weather conditions such as storm, hail, fire, water damage and any other damage related to exceptional natural causes or not.
Any booking (by internet or telephone) implies acceptance of the present GTCS and the two (2) parties will respect the rights and obligations according to the code associated with the service in force and will assume the indemnities in case of non-compliance with those this.
PARKING FUTE gives no guarantee as to the performance of the website and its continuous availability.
Only complaints made before leaving the Parking will be taken into account and will be subject to intervention by the experts according to the terms specified in the GTC.
8 Personal data
